Our designer got very creative with using die cuts for her project this week. We didn’t have a window shaped the way that she wanted it to, so she made her own for this last cute autumn card of the year. She said first she used the Nested Rectangle w/ Pierce Die (5023D) to cut out her white card stock. After that she used the Small Frame Dies Die Set (950D) to cut out the little windows in the cardstock where she wanted them to be.
Foxes seem to be a great animal to use for autumn cards, and she did a beautiful job of coloring the foxes from the Fox (3105) stamp set. She also used the matching Fox die cut (3105D) set to cut the foxes out.
For her main background she used Ken Oliver’s Color Bursts (CBSET-1). She used a paint tray to add water to her Color Bursts, then put them on using her water brush. She used the Rubbernecker Stamps Watercolor Paper (WCP) with her project because she says it works the best with the Color Bursts for her.
