Layered Floral Clear Stamps that WOW!

Hey Friends! Allison here, sharing these new gorgeous layered floral clear stamps from Rubbernecker.

I created three different cards using the one floral stamp set and added a few die cuts and some background stamping to change up the look. Using small changes like adding the baker’s twine, using some small die cuts and adding dimension here and there with foam adhesive gives you so many different looks with one amazing stamp set!  Take a peek:

How to make the cards:

All my panels were cut from white card stock and attached to white card bases.  My card bases were cut from different rectangle dies to change up the look and positioned in different places on my bases, making some cards top fold and some on the side.

I did some layered stamping in various colours of the fabulous new Color Fuse ink using my stamp platform and die cut the flowers out. Once positioned it was easy to just wipe down the stamps and change the colours so I was able to stamp off a lot at once.

I want to note that the Color Fuse ink exclusively from Rubbernecker was specially designed for EXACTLY these kinds of layered floral clear stamps. The varying degrees of color saturation means that layering these stamps as designed gives you incredible dimension. Don’t those flowers just look like the are blooming off the page? Easy peasy with Color Fuse!

I die cut a butterfly and some leaves to add to one card and the “hugs” sentiment die for the other. Pro Tip: Cut the sentiment multiple times and stack to create lots of thickness and help make it stand up off the card. This works for all sentiment dies from Rubbernecker and adds a very luxurious touch to any card with this easy technique.

Here are some better looks at the cards I did in the gorgeous shades in Color Fuse Set #9 with colours Beachside, Whisper, Dreamer and Cedar.

For this card, I did some background stamping in various color fuse inks with small stamps for the one background panel and created the flowers using Color Fuse Set #2 with Mango, Citrus, Apricot and Pumpkin.

And last these luscious purple blooms made from these layered floral clear stamps and Color Fuse Set #6 containing shades Lavender, Lilac, Orchid and Magenta. That white butterfly really stands out against those rich colours!

I love that by simply changing up the colours you can create such different cards using the same exact layered floral clear stamps. Talk about versatility!
