Angela used our stamp Watercolor Poppies (719), Freehand Border Phrase Set (900), Color Bursts Caribbean brights and the Color Bursts Brights packs. It looks just beautiful! Her placing is great with the flowers and the two step technique. What a fantastic sentiment for an encouragement card or just a nice card to send to a friend.
