Today we celebrate our independence as a nation. As Harry Truman said:
American was built on courage, on imagination and unbeatable determination.
It is so true – we can start with nothing and end up with something to be proud of. We have the liberty to work, play, rejoice and give praise as we wish. We can express ourselves independently and create communities that make us feel at home. We can be free.
