Our new pierced cover dies are flying off the shelves – this card will help you see why!

If you haven’t had a chance to check out our new pierced cover dies from this card will almost certainly make you pop right on over and check them out. This card is from Kittie and we have to say that as beautiful as these photos are, in real life it’s positively breathtaking. Kittie, as always, is sharing all her details in her post and we want to share some of what makes this card so magical.

First, this card is actually a quick and easy project! That Floral Swirl Pierced Cover die provides a truly beautiful background that keeps the eye moving over the card. Because the all over pattern is created with that paper piercing, there’s nothing to offer distraction but instead enhances the look of the card.

Second, adding a white on white frame – also made with a single spin through your die cutting machine – provides depth and “containment” for the focal element. You all know we love that effect that white on white designs can create! This is accentuated with the simple white strip that bears the greeting.

Third, that single luxurious GORGEOUS pink blossom positively POPS off the card. And again, as lavish as it is, it’s not hard to make when you start with one of our new stackable flowers and leaves die sets – this is #4 – to make all the beautiful details. A little shaping and putting together and it’s done and ready to shine.
