We are excited to announce that we are making a Rubbernecker Design Team Call for new Design Team Members and are opening up spots on our 2024 Elite Design Team (U.S. only).
Our company thrives on creatives like you and the talent you bring to the table! Our Design Team opportunity is very exclusive and provides generous benefits to our members. The spots are limited and coveted, and we are excited to have the space to add to some new faces to our already amazing team of card makers.
We are interested in partnering with some new designers to help us in our mission to inspire others in our crafting community and thrive in this creative industry. You will find that the requirements are pretty standard across other design teams and we hope the perks we offer reflect our genuine appreciation of the time and talent that each designer brings to our company.
Design Team Requirements:
- Able to create 2-3 new cards per month with one extra card during new releases and voluntary participation in blog hops or other special events.
- Able to create 2 blog posts per month on the Rubbernecker Blog (personal blogs are not required) including images for steps that require visual explanation and a description of the making.
- Able to provide high-quality clean and bright (well-lit) photographs on designated backdrop with creative staging to accompany each project.
- Able to deliver projects on schedule (to be assigned once selected). Must be able to work on short turn-around times for new releases.
- Actively promote the Rubbernecker brand on your social media accounts. Share your projects as well as Rubbernecker products/promotions on your social media.
- Participation in our Facebook Design Team page and our Facebook Fan Page, which fosters community and keeps us all on the same page.

The deadline for applications is September 30, 2023. Accepted applicants will be contacted prior to November 10, 2023. (If you have not been contacted by Rubbernecker by this date then you have not been chosen at this time.) Due to the number of applicants, we can not give feedback to each individual person. Tip: make sure your social media is up to date with your best images and best work shown, as we will be reviewing this as part of the selection process.
