Come see an idea for beautiful handmade thank you cards that you can make in just minutes!

This month we are seeing and going to see more beautiful handmade thank you cards and today’s is so sweet and special and can be made so quickly thanks to one of our layered floral stamp sets.

Let’s take a look at how Annie put this together for us.

First, Annie stamped the flower and stem layers of the rose from our Happy Mother’s Day Stamp Set onto white card stock using shades of ink from our Color Fuse Sets #5 and #10. Of course, because all our Color Fuse Sets were formulated to coordinate beautifully. She then cut out her flower with our coordinating die.

Next she stamped out French Script Background Stamp onto a piece of kraft card stock using Caramel Color Fuse Ink from set #3. Annie cut this piece with the largest die from our Nested Deckle Rectangle Die Set.  She used a blending brush to buff more Caramel Color Fuse around the edges, creating the look of a little depth and texture.

For her pretty, vintage style sentiment, she stamped the banner from our Wreath With Banner Stamp Set onto white card stock using the same Caramel Ink. She gently bent the Thank You sentiment from our Best Friends Etc Stamp Set using that Caramel Ink
to fit the curve of the banner and stamped it onto the banner with the same ink. PRO TIP: You can do this – bending sentiment that are strips – gently to fit all kinds of shapes. She then cut out the banner with our coordinating die.

To build her card, Annie added her stamped and inked background panel to a top folding card with some dimensional adhesive. Then she added her die cut elements over the panel with more dimensional adhesive.

It’s amazing what some ink and time saving die cuts can do!
