Rubbernecker Blog Die-Cut-Spring-Wreath

Learn how to make this die cut spring wreath card and then switch it up for endless designs!

Today we have this just beautiful die cut spring wreath card made by Kittie. We just love how she used our new Spring Wreath paired with our Fancy Decorative Nested and Small Tag dies for such pretty details!  Kittie says “I love that this wreath set comes with all the different foliage sections and the tiny flowers that are sized perfectly for the wreath.”

On her blog in her original post, Kittie shares several step by step photos so you can really see how easy it is to build up all that luxurious texture. We highly recommend you check it out because it’s so helpful to see it all come together bit by bit. Here’s a little peek at a couple of the photos and a couple of her great tips.

First, she cut the base and several sections of the foliage. Kittie says “Note: I used only one color but you can vary the shades of green for even more texture and dimension.” She trimmed off some of the branches for this first layer and started attaching them.

Further down you can see how Kittie has layered all the different parts and pieces of the foliage to make her filled out wreath. She says “There is no one way to do this! Just fill in as you like and build your wreath to your own liking.”
