Make one, make a stack – this easy and quick Thanksgiving card is gorgeous!

When you have an idea for a card that you can put together super fast and doesn’t look it, it’s like money in the bank. This easy and quick Thanksgiving card has loads of pretty details thanks to the clever use of some patterned paper, a decorative sentiment stamp and some fast die cutting.

Let’s take a look at how Jamie put this together for us and get her tips to make one or many of these cards that are ideal for the coming holiday.

First, Jamie cut a card front sized piece of wood grain patterned paper and adhered it to a card base. She then cut a piece of white card stock with our Plaid Cover Die and added that to the card front with liquid glue.

Next she used our Maple Leaves die to cut several scraps of patterned paper in pretty Fall colors. Jamie then sponged the edges with different shades of Color Fuse ink from Sets #2 and 4.

For her last element, Jamie stamped this detailed sentiment from our Give Thanks Sayings set onto white card stock with VersaMark Ink and then heat embossed it with rust colored powder. She die cut this using one of the dies from our Nested Scallop w/ Half Holes die set and layered it onto a closely trimmed rectangle off rust card stock.

To put it all together Jamie simple added her sentiment piece with some dimensional adhesive and then tucked her leaves around it, adhering them in place once she liked her arrangement. A few Nuvo drops around the sentiment added some whimsy and detail and this quick and cute card was done!

This card is perfect for batch making so it would make an ideal invitation to your table for a Thanksgiving feast or to send to people who you want to include in your messages of gratitude.
