Here’s our last Fall themed card for this month and it’s a cutie!

We hope you’ve enjoyed seeing all our Fall projects and have been inspired to try out your favorite Fall themed card using one of the designs you saw this month. Check back tomorrow for a little roundup and to learn what next month’s theme will be!
Natasha shared that she totally fell in love with our entire collection of Woodland Animals stamps and dies and really wanted to create an entire scene using them. We love her use of one of our window dies over the background that helps create these little “spotlights” for her artful coloring. Let’s take a look at how she did it!

First, Natasha stamped an assortment of images onto alcohol friendly card stock with alcohol friendly ink, leaving enough space to be able to cut them out later.

Then she used her Copics to color everything up adding shadows and shading for lots of visual interest.

She then used her coordinating dies to cut out all her beautifully colored images.

Next she used our Tall Terracotta Pot and Sloped Fence #5 dies to cut some pieces from colored card stock.

And for even more fabulous detail, Natasha cut some sunflowers and tiny leaves from more scraps of colored card stock with our Bee With Hive and Tiny Leaves dies. She assembled her sunflowers and added some details with a white gel and fine point black pen to the centers.

Now Natasha used some blue oxide ink with our Cloud Stencil and added some beautiful sky, cutting it out with a die from our Nested Rectangle set. At the same time, she cut a piece of white card stock with our Window With Pierce die to lay over her sky using liquid glue.

Now she built up her little scene using liquid glue and foam squares to get lots of depth and dimension from all her sweet little details. She popped on a greeting from Kittie Says Phrases #1 that she trimmed down closely and added with more dimensional adhesive.
