Less is SO much more with this fetching five minute fall card!

Not only is this five minute fall card so pretty, it also uses a minimum of supplies and can help you use up some printer paper scraps. And with a simple sentiment swap, it could stand in for any occasion at all. We love cards that are adaptable and when they come together in practically no time that’s a huge bonus. We highly recommend you bookmark this idea because you can use the basic, easy but charming design for any season, using any them and can dress it up any way you like for a card idea you can use over and over.
Let’s check out the fast making of this sweet card for fall.
Start by cutting a card panel sized piece of white card stock with our Quilted Stitched Pierced Cover die. Take a slim strip of decorative paper or washi tape – Jamie used a black and white diagonal stripe – to the panel on the left side. Accent it with some thin washi tape – here black glitter was used – on either side of the paper strip. Adhere this to a coordinating colored card base.
Stamp the leaves from our Splatter Leaves stamp set with Onyx Black VersaFine Ink onto scraps of decorative paper and emboss with clear embossing powder. (Or you can stamp in Versamark and heat emboss with black powder.) Die-cut the leaves using our Splatter Leaves Die Cut.
Glue the 1st and 3rd leaves to the card and pop up the 2nd and 4th leaves.
Stamp the sentiment with black ink and emboss with clear embossing powder. Die-cut the sentiment using a die from the Small Tags Die set.
Layer this onto a slightly larger black panel and pop it up on the upper right side of the card and add peach enamel dots in the corners.
That’s it! You’re done! The simplicity of the design with the texture of the leaves gives you that fresh fall vibe but is subtle enough that this card could really serve as the perfect greeting for any occasion.
