This handmade cat yoga card will have you chilling out in an instant!

Even if you aren’t a “yoga person”, this handmade cat yoga card will have you feeling zen while you are creating it and then the person who receives it will be saying “Namaste” in appreciation.

Julie created this for us so let’s dive in and make one too!

First, stamp this cool cat from our Yoga Cats set onto a piece of white card stock with Copic-friendly ink and color him in with your alcohol markers. Here are the Copics Julie used to make her furry friend a ginger cat.

Stamp the “Calm” from the greeting under your cat and then cut out your image with one of the dies from our Nested Rectangle Stitch die set. While you have your machine out, cut the next size up in the die set with a darker brown and then cut some rust colored card stock with the middle die in our Nested Loops die set. (You can, of course, choose colors that coordinate with what you chose to color up your flexible feline.)

Also cut a piece of white card stock with another Nested Rectangle Stitch die and emboss with your favorite embossing folder. Cut a piece of the same dark brown (or what color you selected) to offer a very slim border around your embossed panel. And last, use the largest die in the set to cut a piece of coordinating patterned paper.

Now, stamp the rest of the sentiment onto a scrap of white card stock and trim it closely to a tidy strip.

Assembly time! Adhere the stamped cat panel over the die cut border layer with tape and then adhere those to your loopy die cut. Adhere your embossed panel to its border, add that over your patterned paper and then adhere the assembly to a white card front. Center your focal element on the card and adhere that with more tape.

Pretty easy and MASSIVELY adorable!
