If you need to send a patriotic birthday card this one is perfect!

If you know an American person born on or around the Fourth of the July this just might be the perfect birthday card! The traditional red white and blue with the Fourth of July theme adds a little extra recognition to how special their birthday is.

Let’s follow along on this project from Jean – it’s easy and fun!
Start by cutting a piece of patterned paper to card front sized and adhere it to your card base. Alternatively, you can just use a white card base and let the colors pop.

Cut a piece of navy blue card stock to card panel size and then stamp your greeting at the bottom with VersaMark and then heat emboss with white powder. Jean used the birthday greeting we included with our 4th Of July Fireworks set and just stamped them side by side.

Use our Uncle Sam die set and cut pieces from red, navy and white glitter card stock and assemble them to your liking.

Arrange these on your card panel to determine where you would like your fireworks to be. Lightly mark the spots and then cut your bursts with our Star Bursts/Fireworks die set. Add some scraps of white glitter card stock behind the cut out sections.

Adhere your die cut panel to your card base. Use dimensional adhesive to add your die cut elements to your card and add some little gems for an additional touch of sparkle. Awesome, right?
