We just love the look of rainbow ink blending on handmade cards and since “April showers” are coming to an end, we thought we’d take a peek at some of our most popular posts showing off this pretty technique.
First we have this card from earlier this year – those soft colors really let our Flower Girl pop!
Another card that uses a gorgeous rainbow inked background ups the fun with it being both a slimline card AND a shaker card! So many fun things in one beautiful project!
This trio of cards shows just how versatile this technique can be as a background. Using lots of plain white lets the colors really shine and make it all so flexible for whatever occasion you are celebrating!
And last, while not cards, these gorgeous tags are just too spectacular not to share again. And you can, of course, take one and pop it on a card front – instant success!
Of course, our Color Fuse Inks are the perfect ink for this technique. The color sets are curated to offer the most gorgeous complementary shades together so you never have to wonder if this color with go with that one. And the formula of our ink was specifically created to be able to blend beautifully. We know that blendability can be tricky and we set out to make sure you could have excellent results every time!
Our Color Fuse Reinkers are also restocked and ready to go – these are so handy for not just reinking your cubes but to be able to add drops to your embossing pastes, DIY sprays and to use to watercolor your images. Grab the whole set at a discount and never be out of any of our spectacular shades!
The weekend is coming and hopefully you will have some time to play with your own version of rainbow ink blending on handmade cards that you can stash away for when you need them. Check out the posts above and get inspired to play!
