Check out this idea for truly cozy handmade Fall cards for coffee lovers!

Many of us are major coffee fans – some of us love it and some of us need it! We sort of fit both so when we spy handmade Fall cards for coffee lovers, like this one from Lisa, we do a happy little wiggle. Someone gets us!

This card has all the cozy vibes for Fall and adds some layering to invite us into the scene. Let’s see how Lisa worked her magic and get the skinny (latte) on how to make one at home.

Lisa started with one of her trademark gel prints from her collection that she’d made using acrylic paint and our Geometric #1 Stencil. To add a little extra extra, Lisa applied some deco foil in gold, which really adds a fall vibe. Note – you can always use your favorite decorative paper as your background and use as is or add some more details with stamps, ink, etc.

Lisa layered this over a piece of yellow card stock cut to offer a whisper of a border and then onto her white card base.

Nest, Lisa chose her images from our Coffee and For Each Other Stamp sets and stamped them onto white card stock. She cut them out with our coordinating dies and then colored them up with her Copic markers.

For her frame, Lisa used our Inside Scallop Frame die set to cut a piece of the same yellow card stock as she used for her layer.

Lisa added thin strips of dimensional adhesive around the edge of the frame and adhered it to her card.

For her lovely greeting, Lisa cut a banner from white card stock using one of the dies in our Nested Banner Stitch set. She then used the same fabulous sentiment stamping trick she shared here to stamp her greeting in Apricot and Pumpkin Color Fuse Ink from Set #2.

Last, she added all her elements to her card using varying thicknesses of foam tape arranging them in two cute clusters in opposite corners for balance.
