Today we are sharing a SUPER detailed and totally adorable Labor Day barbecue day that is just perfect as an invitation or a thank you card. Can you believe all the detail Kittie, our exclusive Associate Designer, packs into her projects? She used a whole bunch of our dies including the BBQ Set, Tabbed Mountains, Pine Tree Forest, Cooler, Picnic Tables, Grass. Grass #2 and Small Birds!
And it’s not just her creative use of dies that adds so much detail. Check out those tree trunks colored with a brown marker, or the yummy burgers with their browned edges, or the beaks on the tiny birds, tipped with black marker. We love how much we learn from seeing all the little things Kittie does on her cards!
Kittie’s use of dimensional adhesive and textured and textured-looking paper, like the wood grain paper for the table and the gingham for the cloth, really make this look like a scene just waiting for you to pull up a seat and decide if you want pickles on that burger!
