Check out my take on one of this year’s on trend Christmas card ideas!
All month we’ve been sharing some on trend Christmas card ideas with projects and products geared to make it easy for you to get your cards done early using all the latest and greatest design trends. Today we are sharing another card made with this beautiful stamp that uses pretty illustrations of winter greenery in a simple to use arrangement. You can see this stamp in use in this card that we shared earlier this month and how very different these two projects are even though they are using that same single stamp. We LOVE versatility!
One thing to know about this card is that is was created by Kittie, who is our resident “Die Cut Goddess”. We were very surprised – and delighted! – to see her use this stamp with just a touch of her die cut magic because it gives you a crystal clear idea of how you can use your advanced skills along with simple stamping, heat embossing and coloring to create a card that is absolutely gorgeous but also PERFECT for batch making.
Kittie has all her step by step instructions over on her blog in this post to make this stunning card plus some great tips if you want to make multiples of it to send to everyone on your list. If you’ve ever seen one of Kittie’s cards here and thought “Oh, I could NEVER make that!” we strongly encourage you to check out her posts on her own blog because she is very generous with every little how-to detail!
If you too have been exploring on trend Christmas card ideas for this year and want to keep your supply list and time commitment contained, well, this new Pine Bough Background stamp might just be your solution!
Here’s what Kittie used from our store to make this festive and fabulous card:
This card is absolutely beautiful.
