Springtime Bunny Cards

Rubbernecker Blog img_8412-2

Allison with you today with a sample of my super cute bunny cards! I have used this image from Rubbernecker Stamps so many times on many of the cards I have made. I can’t get enough of how sweet she is. She was definitely the perfect image to use during this time of self isolation and it looks like she has figured out the best way to do so……In a glorious garden.

Rubbernecker Blog img_8468 To make this card I started by die cutting the frame using the Nested Scallop Die With Holes

I did some light distress inking in scattered straw then adhered it with foam tape to my card base.

I die cut the Gate Die as well as multiple die cuts of flowers and vines using the Flower Buds Die, Small Ivy Die and coloured them with copics.

I used this sweet bunny image from the Over The Moon Clear Stamp Set and coloured her in the colours YG23, and YG21 for her dress and she was coloured with the colours E55, E53, E51, and E50

A sentiment from the Fox Clear Stamp Set stamped in Versamark Ink and heat embossed in clear was stamped to the front of the card base. I glued down flat the vines, flowers and gate and propped the sweet bunny up in front with foam tape.

This is a relatively easy and beautiful card to send out to one of your friends who is also in isolation. Let’s spread encouragement and joy instead of germs!
