Four Fall Fox Cards!

Rubbernecker Blog Flashback-Friday

In today’s Flashback Friday, we are sharing four fall fox cards full of fun and fabulousness.

Ok – enough with the “F”s! But these fall fox cards are so cute and totally worth another look. Note: one is not fall specifically but with one easy color swap it can be perfectly autumnal!

First up we have this action packed slimline birthday card from Lisa:

Not only is it a slimline and not only is it beyond adorable, it’s a shaker card! Slimlines make AWESOME shaker cards and Lisa took full advantage of the size to be able to add her three foxy friends along with balloon bouquets in ideal Fall colors. You can see more about this clever slimline birthday shaker card here including all her instructions, tips and supplies.

Next we have a card that sends a very special message of encouragement:

Jamie created this for us and if you’ve been out and about you know that pale aqua is featured as one of this year’s Fall complement colors. We just love that shade against the warm orangey yellow of this little friend and when you go see the original post for this inspiration for encouragement cards you will see how quickly you can whip this up to send that note of “you can DO this” to someone who needs to hear it!

This card brings all the warm and cozy feels of Fall:

Renee used a stencil and some Color Fuse Ink to add that glowy background and popped her frisky foxes over it to create a playful, carefree vibe. In her post on how to use stencils and gradient inking, you can get all her tips and try this out. It’s easy and you can really see how much this kind of sunsetty feel adds to a project!

This last card was created as a springtime card but you can see how easy it will be to change it into a Fall feel:

Seriously, just swap out the pink floral details for a more Fall-centric color story and you’ve got the PERFECT card for a special friend – see the how to’s here. You could even make a big stack in loads of different colors and then just pick from them based on who you want to send them to, for what and when. There’s nothing like having a healthy stash of cards on hand!

Check out these Fall fox cards up close and personal in the original posts and see if they don’t inspire you to get your Fall craft on!
